• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the value of user experience design to key stakeholders and executives, advocating for user-centric design principles.
• Team collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and effective communication.
• Mentorship and coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI/UX designers, helping them grow their skills and expertise.
